​What form of exercise works best for you?
 

Our freestyle step class uses challenging choreography in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. The workouts use a height-adjustable step and simple-to-advanced movements on, over and around the step. It is an all-encompassing fat-burning workout that focuses on muscle conditioning of the lower body.
